Why can I not see my calendar?

Why can I not see my calendar?

You may not be able to see your calendar because you haven’t been linked to your school yet, there are a couple of reasons this might be.

  1. When you log in, if you are taken to your profile you have not had a role added yet, if you can see the ‘verification’ code then you will need to verify either your phone / email / both.
  2. When you log in, if you are taken to your profile and you can’t see a ‘Verification’ tab then you will need to go to the ‘Requests’ tab, you can see if you have sent a request and it is still pending, or if you have not yet sent one. If your request is still pending then you will be able to see your calendar once you have been accepted.
Previous I clicked no when signing up to receiving notifications, however now I would like to receive them via the app
